As part of the COVID-19 lockdown measures easing, we reopened our shop to allow customers to come in on a strict half hour appointment basis to cater for social distancing.

This has worked very well and we thank our customers for their understanding and co-operation.

Customer feedback has led us to continue this on a permanent basis as the main concern customers had previously been the fact they were discussing their personal information including access passwords to their emails etc, even advice following their partner’s passing is sometimes required and I’m sure you will agree that these types of conversations need to be done in privacy without somebody looking or listening whilst waiting to be served.
