Any user serviced by the affected infrastructure may experience issues with accessing email messages on the iOS native mail app.

While we continue to communicate with the third-party organization to isolate the source of impact, our telemetry indicates that the impact is receding as the affected users use the actions outlined in the article listed in the “More Info” section. We’re monitoring the telemetry to ensure that the impact continues to decrease.
